Lawsuits suck, but this one was easy to avoid.

People read the signs and go into the store based on that.
Wall-mart probably contacted people and asked them to sue. :1orglaugh

Unfair competition would be selling the same product for the same price I do($4) and
implying in your ads to sell it for .99cents.
