Yes .

That's actually hard to say. Very hard indeed.
Only because the climate changes so fucking often.

Maybe if everything was still fine just before retiring and sold them off as one large assets.

I might just sell everything soon so who knows what will be when i retire

does it count that we were able to quit our jobs 11 years ago and have been making a VERY good living from our adult biz ever since?
