Wanted: Banners Designed
 

I need some mainstream banners designed and a couple of adult ones.

8 x 468 x 60
4 x 728 x 90
8 x 200 x 200
8 x 125 x 125

need to be gif and some with minor animation (ie: flashing text or highlighted text)

this is a design job, so I will tell you what my products are, show you some banners i already have and like, then you need to find the imagery and create the appropriate text for me. I don't want to have to hand hold my designers.
