Send money to Romania

I just had a guy do some work for me but he happens to live in Romania. Anyone know of a payment service that will allow me to pay him online. So far no go for paypal and western union :(

Gotta take a walk outside... Western Union will send
no probs if you go and fill out the form in person.

Found that out when I used Flashfreak's services.

Next time I'm just going to DHL an letter package with cash.
