Everyone just skips over the point that there is no shortage of people down here trying to get the good paying jobs from BP. There is infact a long waiting list of people who were put our of business because of the oil spill that are still waiting for work and a porn banner designer bumps the people who need the money out of a spot because he wants to: feel important, get "kudos" from everyone else, take pictures for his adword blog, needs the money from BP, or all of the above. None of which is a justification for anyone taking a fisherman or shrimpers spot that desperetly needs the money.

Whatever. typical gfy, drive by don't have a clue what the fuck they talking about read two sentences and quick to blow hot air up someone else's ass.

You have to put the trolls in a positive perspective, and then they don't bother you as much and their existence makes more sense. They are important to the ecosystem of the internet, especially on a message board, and they will keep things fresh. Kind of like a maggot, they feed on the rotten bits and clean things up.

You and I both know drama brings views. You get one good troll running through the threads, and bumping them with senseless comments, and the board will stay nice and fresh. Nobody, and no thing can be successful without haters. It is part of the balance of this world.

Seriously, it is my theory that they've cleaned this board up a little too much and that is part of the reason it has slowed down. I know this from moderating a board. The less moderation, the more the trolls go crazy and the busier things get. You just have to feed them a little. Then you have to deal with the complaining, but if you can eloquently handle that it equals even more traffic. Lensman was the master at that. Miss that guy lol

Also, a lot of us here have matured past wasting our time on drama and are burned out on it. But trolls really do have their place. L-O-L :1orglaugh

yeah he is gone about 14 hours a day right now, but I can pass on a message if you like. There are no days off unless you put in a request, so not sure when he is going to decide to take one or two. But if you need design work and can wait a bit he can probably fit you in in the next 2-3 weeks or so.

I should probably start checking his email for him or something. He always tries to take on way too much at a time though, but he never does anything half-ass, that's Fletch.

People always have something to say about him, it amazes me all the time. This is an open forum, so there are always differing opinions in a thread about Fletch even if it was started by a negative troll. Some people couldn't get that many others talking about them no matter how hard they try. Fletch seems to do it rather effortlessly. All the time I see nicks I've never even noticed comment about him like they've known him for years. It baffles me all the time. I could have been a sociologist. lol

Even if he wants nothing more than to help he needs to get the hell away from those contaminated ass waters. They are cutting corners on protection, it is being documented all over the damn place. He is not safe cleaning up BP's mess and I have a feeling he and many others will regret it in the near future.

I can definitely admire what he's doing, but there's no way in hell I'd put myself and my family at risk knowing that the Valdez clean up crews are all pretty much dead from doing so.
