I was going to recommend these two also. If she's real shy and will only show in private sessions then I probably wouldn't have her do myfreecams. Make sure to tell her to treat being on cam like a job. Work on a schedule as much as you can to build clients. Make your clients fall in love with you and your personality. Working on cam and making money is a state of mind. I did it for several years before getting into design. You can be the hottest girl and make nothing online as a cam model if you don’t get it. The weirder the customer usually the more money he has to spend. I use to get paid to put my shoe in front of the cam for several hours lol. It's very mentally draining as well.

100% agree. I've promoted cams for 12 years and I've seen 1000's of camgirls. I'm constantly amazed how some of the finest women will get in front of the cam and fail miserably because they just don't get the marketing aspect. I got an error message when I tried to install split cam but it might have been my fault or because I'm running windows using parallels. I know models who use split cam and love it, and others who prefer many cam. She should try all of them really and decide which one she prefers. I also like cam twist for when I'm on my Mac OS. They are free programs, so have fun and try them all out:)

Tell her to broadcast using the flash media encoder on streamate because she will get more traffic to her room. I'd say she will earn money faster on streamate (if she uses the FME) because there are so many models online on MFC. So you have to be patient to build up a fan base there.

But she can promote more things on MFC like selling her panties, photo sets, videos, her wishlist etc. So it is worth sticking it over the long term.

I'd tell her to buy the logitech pro 9000 because it will be much better quality than that built in cam. It is 'HD' quality for a webcam and she will make more money with a better webcam. It is about $100, but there are often specials so shop around.

Streamate puts models who broadcast with the FME on the first page, or at least priority placing (ratings also play a role in your placement). The FME allows you to broadcast in 'HD' and customers enjoy the larger screen.

I personally hate the FME because Adobe is evil & ruins my life on a daily basis but it is a necessary evil if you are a cam girl:winkwink:
