i'm really mystified by this - my sites are down since about 10-11pm - not a surprise since the hosting company did send out a notification. but why would any hosting company choose to do maintenance between 10-11PM Eastern time to 4AM - which is prime time for sales. the maintenance window should be after 4 AM in the East until mid morning - not many sales come in during that time frame.

Our server is usually down for half hour maximum when maintenaince is going on & usually they ask when is appropriate.
I suggest you look elsewhere
