How do XNXX get away with posting RAPE, SNUFF, TORTURE, UNDERAGE, NECROPHILIA etc stories?

Aren't there interweb laws against these things?

Spunky 07-09-2010 11:19 PM

I would think so

fuzebox 07-09-2010 11:23 PM

Yes, the interwebs police will enforce them any day now.

LickMyBalls 07-09-2010 11:35 PM

He used to be serving his vids from leaseweb and the html from realitychecknetwork. I see the change. I stand corrected. :winkwink:

The owner is supposedly based out of Hong Kong. The server is based in Brooklyn.

I would think seeing as the server resides in the US, US law would apply.

They obviously don't give a fuck about that.

LOL.

But seriously, legally this can't be right.

A top 200 visited site in the world thinks that snuff stories, rape and killing is fine?

No I say. :Oh crap

Agent 488 07-10-2010 05:11 AM

The difference with killing, rape, and torture in Hollywood movies is?
How about killing in cartoons for children?

I want to chop off the head of your wife, and skull fuck her, then piss in your mouth while hacking at it with a saw.

U like that?

It's fucked.

You think their "no censorship" rules are grand?

nophest 07-10-2010 05:56 AM

The 'stories' are not a forum. They are not about insulting others as you just did.

You wish for an even more edulcorated world, sure, but don't expect that pornography would be legal for too long there.

Freedom comes with a price (disturbing writings, idiots flaming, etc).

You don't make any sense.

Since when is it legal to write about snuff, underage, rape etc? It seems they have no qualms at all about posting anything.

Who legally monitors this stuff? Nobody?

just a punk 07-10-2010 06:07 AM

What do you think about the movies Saw, Hostel, and the likes, featuring extreme torture?

CunningStunt 07-10-2010 06:14 AM

Click on the FAQ link, he doesn't even speak english very well.
So what, you can write a site with no laws whatsoever on the back of a porn movie empire and it's all above board?

I don't think so.

CunningStunt 07-10-2010 06:16 AM

Who monitors this stuff, these guys have been going for years, it's obviously not policed in any way whatsoever.

4, but that's irrelevant.

What is the legal stance on someone posting a story about raping a 5 year old there? Seems to be fair game looking at their non existent rules.

Dirty Dane 07-10-2010 06:24 AM

I don't think fantasy stories are illegal. Hollywood would be gone long time ago if it were.

Dappz 07-10-2010 06:25 AM

um this is madness

Caligari 07-10-2010 06:27 AM

If you are talking about stories only, written language, he can write whatever he wants.

You should read some Marquis De Sade, 18th century hardcore rape and torture.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marquis_de_Sade

Or listen to some of the lyrics of Slipknot.

Or watch some films like Cannibal Holocaust.

I personally am not into that stuff but people write about it and i suppose they will continue to write about it.

pradaboy 07-10-2010 06:31 AM

I think fantasy is legal, it's a very thin line but it's very hard to limit free speech.

MrBottomTooth 07-10-2010 06:52 AM

If they're just stories, who cares? It's not like some text posted on a porn site is harming anyone.

I just watched the Crazies the other day on TV and a man locks his wife and small child in the closet and burns them to death, and then he goes outside to cut his lawn. Is this really any different?

Another example, in the recent Nightmare on Elm Street remake they really play up the child rapist aspect of Freddy. No different in my eyes.

IllTestYourGirls 07-10-2010 06:55 AM

I always wondered how Law and Order got away with it.

fris 07-10-2010 07:09 AM

contact google, im sure they will do something

Agent 488 07-10-2010 07:19 AM

damn some sick stuff there. surprised no one has reported it to chilling effects.

DateDoc 07-10-2010 09:35 AM

I forget where it was but it was either in the US or Canada where a lady was convicted for her pornographic writing.

You should know, there is evidence that sexually deviant materials leads to a reduction in actual sexually deviant behaviour. If you dont mind increases in rape, violence against children/adults, then feel free to try to ban that stuff.

bausch 07-10-2010 09:59 AM

Focus on your own shit, who cares about if other people's site illegal or not? Every second that you waste and ponder whether someone else's shit is legit or not is a second you could have spent on making money. Personally I don't give a rat's ass as to what other people do on their own sites as long as it doesn't affect me. I only care about myself pretty much. I am not the internet police, I only care about making $ for myself.

Mind your own business.

It is one of the hugest illegal tube sites. The tubes affect everyone in the industry. DMCA has not helped to shut them down. Maybe the underage snuff will help to remove this tube?

Similar sort of thing managed to go to court based on the UK's Obscene Publications Act and the case was abandoned.

I've been in this game as long as you.

I like this business in the main, but when I visit a site which writes about 5 year olds being murdered and mutilated after being raped, it makes my stomach turn.

It can't be right.

Anything to do with raping little kids is not OK in my book. Fantasy or not. :2 cents:

It actually legal in the US from what I've been reading on the case law.
