How much of a fine can the water district actually give for "watering your plants" on restricted
 

on restricted hours and days?

The other day i was watering my bush and plants and this dude from water district came zooming and said you cant schwitzzzzzzzzzzzzzz till 4pm.... and only on even "dates"


I am thinking wtf kind of fine could it actually be???
