galleriesx, is the site expiredtraffic.com in your signature your own site ? If it is, everyone watch your sites and designs closely around this guy because he's ripped off several others already and very likely to steal yours too.

Brujah, the site is mine. If you want to get into the entire debate about ripping designs again, feel free to be my guest. Unlike you, we've moved past the childish arguing from Dnforum back in August.

We've long since changed designs, we have one of the fastest growing services on the web--I'm sure you're monitoring our Alexa rating daily, and trying to defame us in any way possible--and frankly, I don't have the time to continue to meander in meaningless debate about your service versus ours. You may have been the first to the punch, but you most certainly won't be the last.

Tell ya what, I'll even set up a 'competitors' page on our site, and list Clickmojo on it. Hell, let everyone try both services, Fallen Domains, Namesniper, or whatever. We shouldnt even be competitors per se....and I've even recommended your service to some of our members... If you want to pick on trash, look to all these shady second tier Yahoo/DMoz services popping up, and the useless scripts which keep appearing on Ebay.

Take your sides, do what you will, but please give up the playground name calling. It's time to move on. I apologize for what happened in August, but imitation is the best form of flattery.

Revealing someone who is repeatedly ripping off designs, and text from others isn't childish. Note that I didn't insult galleriesx when I thought it was him, but I did warn others that he likes to ripoff their work.

It's not even about competition. My words of advice to you were to do two things. 1. Ask for permission before you blatantly steal someone else's work. 2. At least rewrite it in your own words and give it your own style. I was never afraid of competition. It's not so unusual for someone to get pissed off at a wanna-be who steals their work. That's what you did, and you're a thief for doing it. Competition is Good. Stealing isn't competition.

Where's the namecalling and playground you keep mentioning ? Stealing intellectual property is illegal. You'll get no respect from me for what you've done. You're an idiot for even thinking you deserve any. There's no competition, not even close. The mere fact that you steal designs and text from other sites makes that obvious.

You really think Alexa ratings mean ALL that much? It's just
some outdated statistics. Sure it can be useful when digging
through the daily trash lists of expired domains, but using that
data to judge a sites "popularity" and "success" is simply stupid.
