Will making Desi Foxx?s medical records public shut down AIM and change the future of the industry?

Opinion/Editorial

Everyone I?ve asked doesn?t remember anything being written about Desi Foxx on any blog revealing her records, or anyone?s medical records. She says a popular industry blog ran her medical records this February. There?s only one place stupid enough to do this. And this is the same place that posted Desi's real name before she herself made it public. This is the same place in the past year that had up for months the real name of another female porn star, address, and a picture of the outside of her home. This is the same place where it's been rumored that someone from there sent the porn tapes of a former porn star to her new mainstream boss. This is the same place that because of what they've done to me, a convicted felon violent offender is now threatening me. Will this be the end of that site also??

AIM should be shut down for a better alternative. But to get to Desi, you?ve destroyed a company and likely an entire industry. You?ve also dug yourself into a hole that you may never be able to get yourself out of.

The person who posted Desi?s medical records have now done what others have tried for years to do but couldn?t. You?ve destroyed AIM, they?ll likely be shut down, and you?ve changed the future of the porn industry.

Former performers Desi and Elli Foxx filed a class action lawsuit against AIM last week over privacy breaches of their protected patient health data and deceptive business practices. They held a press conference at the AIDS Healthcare Foundation offices attended by AHF attorney Brian Chase and AHF President Michael Weinstein.

Desi hasn't said which blog ran the records or who sent it to the blogger. Right now it's all speculation as to who might have been stupid enough to do it.

the fags have been trying to shut down aim for some time... that's what this deal is really about.. the fags don't want to share the funding or press with aim. i can't help but wonder why you are so anxious to destroy the industry that feeds all of our families?

Wait a minute. How am I destroying anyone? I just made a post about news that should be talked about. I'm not against porn and don't want it shut down. I'm against the people who run the industry and how badly handled things are for most performers.

AIM is not a monopoly, there are alternatives.

AIM is indeed a monopoly. Many have tried going elsewhere and were told they wouldn't be able to work if they didn't go to AIM.

Class action is just for joining together identical cases instead of everybody doing their own so two is actually enough.
