We have a site called gaybian dot com. It is a social network for the GLBT community. Does anyone know how I can get more gay traffic to the site?

Right now we are growing by 50 member a day and would like to grow more. Can you please help me out and coach me on where we should be looking to get more traffic?

What about link exchange on a links page? Is there anyone out there that will be willing to try that with us?

The site is free for members to join. I can get a affiliate program but as the site is free, I cant pay much at all.
