I enjoy being spammed... it makes me feel "special" and "wanted".

for that type of sponsor i would use purity scan. you get 14 cents per download, you can link them however you want and they always pay. you get paid 2 cents for every install your referrers get and you even get 1 cent for your refferers referrers. the best way is to link them like fake movies such as this page www.thinthongs.com/movies.html . they make about 3 times as much as offshore clicks or nexcash and the good thing is they dont have any huge string of popups. check it out
