epass electron card...
 

I want to purchase visa electron for $35, but when I click VISA CARD, it says "Please select the product you would like to purchase from the list below: " but there's nothing below, just empty spot, no options to choose... is it me or they're having difficulties ?

can anyone try if they have an option to purchase electron card ?

It was so long time ago, I don't remember the way I ordered my first one :)

i purchased one a couple weeks ago and was emailed saying there could be a 3 week delay. so maybe they temporarily disabled buying it

just email michael. I lost my wallet with epass visa card in it and i emailed this weekend to him. he answered very fast and resolved the situation

Are you sure its not already purchased for your account? Check the Account Balance page to see if you have both a virtual and Electron card number.
If not send me a email with your UserID and I will look into it.

Cards will be send out starting tomorrow but its thousands of cards so it will take a couple of business days to do.

I requested mine some months ago via spacash, and when I asked why I didn´t get it they said they did´t have a request from me and the money was deducted from my spacash account. I talked to their support and they suggested me to request it and charged me 35$ more. when I ask them about the money I sent before they just sent me a pre written answer that doesen´t answer my question. if I don´t get my card for next month I´ll sue them for fraud.

and if I'm not entirely loosing my mind (which COULD be the case) why would you sue who you work for (AND) still fly them in your sig??? :helpme
