3 people signed up for a 3 day trail membership 4 days ago so yesterday they should have been rebilled for a month unless they canceled right? Does ccbill tell you in the stats if they canceled or not? I looked every where and no charge backs or anything so i don't know what happen to the 3 signups i got.

If i click on the link "All stats" then click "Show conversions by trial subscription" it's nothing there.

Click the "Members" tab within the "reports" area. You can find out who canceled and the reasons.

good morning,

if you click on the subscription id hyperlink in your reports, it should take you to the transaction detail. From that, you should be able to see what happened, when or if they canceled, whether the rebill was declined, etc

email me the detail and your icq/aim # and i can check it out and get back to you when i get to the office...

The Subscription ID is not a link though in my stats? Beside that is time stamp is that where you where talking about?
