seems there are some rules different in germany, you have to have a warning page before surfers enter, you have to have some sort of guardian that inspects all videos/content.?

I think that law places German webmasters at disadvantadge, while they have to add disclaimers and shit, others webmasters from abroad do not.

So much for German competitiveness in the World, which I have regard of, but not on this one.

The law in germany is really stupid so the best option is to leave this country for internet adult business.

Btw. adult business - my websites are all non nude, no hardcore - but i became many requests to change thinks on my websites.

An other Problem is the link-problem. When you have links on your website it is not allowed to link to adult content ... and it is also not allowed to link to a website who linked to an adult website. Its very strange :)
