So much for US Soccer and the la galaxy. Yahoo sports reporting that he's heading overseas soon to play. And people wonder why Americans don't get soccer. No beckham and no Donovan equal empty seats at the galaxy games

I think Americans don't like second best when it comes to sports which is a reason I think we don't get into soccer. I personally love the World Cup but have never watched a full MLS game in my life.

I wish Donovan would sign for Celtic, but that won't happen sadly because of our shitty league here...

i used to work for the MLS, specifically the Metro Stars before they were the Red Bulls and was on the field for most home games and hung out with players after and I barely watched.

He's probably going where the money is. Chances are the money is not with MLS.
