    any Windows 7 Gurus here?

Im trying to setup an account on my desktop for internet only, dont want access to the other installed apps, just want internet explorer, or any other web browser, and pretty much lock it down, so they cant download anything to the desktop, or do anything system changing wise, also i dont want access to the control panel or anything like that.

    any tips on doing this?

One of the few things Microsoft didn't buy and incorporate into Windows...
