Anyone using vBulletin 4.0 Suite?
 

Like all the features and the cross capabilites, thinking of getting a license but first I want to ask if someone have any experience with it?

Bugs, support, mods, server recommendations (< 1k live visitors) etc.?

We're making it work over at http://www.darkcavern.com, but it was NOT easy.

I will not upgrade to v4. If you have an established site, you probably already have installed a dozen extensions and modifications, including the vbadvanced index page.
It will nearly be impossible to upgrade all of that to v4. It's just not worth the trouble.

Vb4 isnt bad at all... Little learning curve if you gonna run the cms area... but works well.

Either buy a used vb license for 3.8 for next to nothing or buy IPB...I would go with IPB

PS: I use all 3..vb3.8, vb4 and IPB3.1

Nah, I've bought a license but in the end I uninstalled it and installed vb 3.8.4. The idea was cool... additional cms, friendly urls, improved search but it all appeared to be crap. Not like it's total crap but it's nothing top notch like vb 3.8.4. And yes, it's very buggy and much slower than vb 3.8.4.
