pre nups dont hold when you break the terms of the marriage. ie cheating. it is a contract. and for it to be valid you have to hold up your end of the agreement.

I would imagine he will offer her less in a "take this and there'll be no fight" deal. If she presses for 700 mill I have no doubt she wouldn't see a dime for decades if at all.

But when you're talking hundreds of millions I don't see where she'd have a whole lot to complain about. If she gets 300 million will she really be so hard done by?

The issue I see is one of fraud. Namely his pre nup probably said something in effect that he promised to be a “good husband” in exchange for her signing the pre nup, but the whole time he was fucking numerous other chicks, and the ones that have gone on the record have said things like Tiger told them his marriage was a sham for PR. His big problem was he never let her in on this secret, and she even had his kids believing it was a real marriage. Bottom line is in this case the pre-nup probably hurt him because she never got the benefit of that bargain (the contract) so to speak. I’d say she deservers every cent.
