An investigator for the Alaska Personnel Board says a legal defense fund set up for Sarah Palin when she was governor was illegal.

I think Palin is a fucking tool and have not been following any of this at all. Can someone tell me how many of the accusations from the left, she had to fight in court, she was found guilty of (besides this)?

As far as I know there were only two others. One was the controversy over the firing of her public safety official who refused to fire her ex-brother in law the cop when he divorced her sister. She was not found guilty of a crime, but they did say her actions were unethical ( I think). She also went to court to fight a bunch of claims that she had to turn over documents from requests made through the freedom of information act. She lost that one and actually sites the huge amount of requests made on her office as one of the reasons she stepped down.

I have BK as well right now... I find it to be kind of heavy. Makes me slur. Wife asked me if I was drunk the other day I was slurring so bad. (hadn't had a drop). And makes me very sleepy. Not working out so good for daytime use for me, but lets me sleep like a baby.

And Alaska is pretty loyal to their politicians. This is a state that has stood behind Ted Stevens and Don Young for decades. Two of the most corrupt politicians to ever step foot in Washington.
