Probably the most entertaining match I've ever seen, although not as good quality as a Federer-Nadal final. The best part was Mahut diving for the ball, I mean that symbolized the match. These two guys should be absolutely proud of themselves. They're running a marathon.

Fucking insane...I hope at some point they show the 5th set in its entirety across the 2 days later once it's been finished. I doubt most people here in the US would have seen it.

BTW, figure that in most of tennis outside the majors, it's best 2 of 3 sets for matches. Let's say an average match would be 6-3 4-6 6-4, which is 29 games. Their 5th set alone has lasted over 4 TIMES that! Insane!

What an amazing game wish they could both won it to be honest anyone that puts that much effort into a game deserves something. I take my hat off to both of the guys. They have both made it into the history books and i cannot see that record being beaten for quite sometime
