High bandwidth with rotating IP

I need to have a connection with reasonable bandwith that switches IP a lot. At least 100kbit of B/w available - and to rotate IP every couple hours. Not always the same Class network either. Realize this may not be cheap.

i usually use iprental, but a lot of those ip's are ripped to shreds...
