Fuck .... Missed my Flight with Air Asia. Fuckin time zones;(
 

sitting here in KL pissed. Was at Star Bucks and did not realize my Laptop time was with Indonesian time 1 hr less then Malaysia & fuckin Air Asia as strict rules.. 45 minutes before departures system is closed... I went to counter 30 minutes before, cant do shit. They cant check me in even though that fuckin plane is still sitting there & people did not board yet .. argued with them for 20 minutes... no refund, fuckin customer service is the worst. Basically, they just told me fuck off and buy a new ticket.

Ended up paying an extra 100.00 for a new fuckin ticket.

I don't recommend this fuckin Air Asia to anyone.

So you made a mistake and could not comply to their policy of checking 45 minutes before flight and they are to blame and people should not fly with them?

Yeah in this is the first time lol... flown to so many places... I guess it had to happen one day & it was today. don't forget guys if u fly in a different time zone, change ur time on ur laptop;)

No matter where I am/going, I always check in as soon as possible, then sit around fucking about on my laptop. Might as well be safe. $100 isn't much tho considering.

Do you really expect to go through customs and security these days AND board the plane within 20-30 minutes? Don't think so!

I am always puzzled by people blaming others for their own mistakes!
