My fiancée and I sponsor this kid from Jerusalem, Israel via World Vision ? it only cost us $30.00 a month.
We received this little pantlet telling us about him, his health, age and so on? At first I was surprised that World Vision would sponsor people in Jerusalem cause I thought they where doing much better then that but as it turns out, there not!

Anyway, I send them a check once a month and wanted to know if any of you guys/ladies give to these organizations.

I make fun of running a porn site by saying that it helps the needy! Maybe next time I'll sign the check:

I have been donating to worldvision now for the past 18 months or so to a little sick girl in Romania & I have been receiving thank-you letters from this child & her mother with pictures of her & how she is progressing with her health, its really touching & I urge people to donate for a good cause. A child deserves to smile.....

Worldvision is not a government runned operation, what are you talking about cheapskate.... I know that not all of my 31.00 dollars is going towards the child, their is a percentage that is going towards administrative cost... these people that work for Worldvision are getting paid & not by the government...
