they eat something similar in China; duck eggs cured in lime and buried in the ground for years. Eek! I'm so glad I was born on this side of the ocean!

Those eggs are fine, they don't have half a fucking bird inside them

Fuck that. When I was in High School the Philipinos on Guam would eat that shit all the time. They use to take the bird out of the egg and dance it on the table to fuck with us white boys. Nasty shit!

Don't see a huge amount of difference between that and eating tiny birds like quail.. humans eat what humans see, for the most part. There are a lot of us and we all need to eat.

I've watched people on Survor eat that on more than one occasion. I think I could do it but probably not just for the hell of it or regular eating. For money on a game show... probably yes.

Kind of turns you off when they get talking about crunching beaks though. :D
