I have a question....
 

Customers that subscribe to paysites, And say they deciede to renew their membership to the paysite the next month.... Whats the longest that you know of one customer subscribing for? 3 months, 6 months, a year?

Just wondering how long one single person would pay for a membership to the same paysite, each month.:)

Sometimes people forget that they subscribed, and keep getting billed unknowingly. :winkwink:

Dunno. I think Gramma from Grammacash has people who've been renewing for 5 years.

I've got people that are up over 40+ rebills now to a site I promoted..well...40+ months ago.

I have some members for 2 1/2 years and counting...

Then they do a charge back :(

We have members that have been with us over a year...actually quite a few of them, and they still email all the time and visit our live shows etc. on the average most of our customers rebill and we have almost a non existant charge back number, something like 15 in the last year. But, we work very hard to retain or members and try to give them a lot for the money they spend with us. We also provide support and will willing refund if a user has problems, funny thing is because of it we see a lot of those people return after they have fixed the issue with there computer or whatever and become regular rebillers :)

someone told me that the overall average is 4 months.
and i always use that when i calculate a estimate turnover from a site - and it always fit pretty good. But its a AVERAGE - some sites with exclusive stuff might get better stats
