Yes it's only down for me but I still can't access any of Twans sites. Even with a proxy.

this has happened to me three times this year. I'm beginning to think that really has no idea how to run a blogging service.

Non of the other blogging services I deal with have this ip blocking shit. It's kind of convenient that at the same time your ip gets blocked your submissions get fucked up so his directories get a free 1 way link.
