Not talking about blow, I mean real skiing. Anyone recommend a place, other than in Japan?

I've never seen an asian ski.

While not part of Asia; but, very nearby, the South Island of New Zealand has nice skiing and the season is just starting.

Nearby??? Tokyo to Christchurch New Zealand is 6000 miles! That's farther than Los Angeles to London which is only 5400 miles.
