Which sim card to purchase for free incoming in USA calls (LA)?
 

My parents are in usa just now for vacation. They have my friend's mobile (T-mobile) and I am calling them using skype (almost free). My friend says incoming charges are quite high.

Which sim card service can they purchase that will let them get my incoming calls free for a couple of weeks?

I did that Im only coming across 2 year plan contracts that offer free incoming. Cant find a prepaid sim card purchase without contract that gives free incoming.

Thanks, yes the phone is unlocked. But the package is not free for incoming calls to usa its 2.5$ per minute for incoming.

tell them to go to AT&T and buy prepaid phone for $50, it also includes $50 phone callcredit.
