Sarasota porn star claims Tiger fathered her boy

Melinda Jannette, who the celeb gossip site TMZ says is porn star Devon James, filed a petition to determine paternity Thursday in Manatee County.

The filing, posted in full on the TMZ website, is basically a single page in which Jannette claims Tiger is the father; in the filing, she misspells Tiger?s first name Eldrick, spelling it Elderick instead. Documents show she paid $23.16 in cash to file the paperwork.

While the filing is a legal document, some elements of the case seem made for celebrity attention.

For example, TMZ has on its website footage showing an interview with Jannette outside the Manatee County Courthouse ? just before she filed the paperwork.

My 2 cents

If he is the Father he deserves to pay for the child's upkeep. If not this women deserves to lose the child to social services for bringing this case to the public's attention.
