For example:
Tier 1 Country (US / UK / Canada) Traffic RON: $0.02 CPC
Tier 3 Country Traffic RON: as low as $0.003/click

For some, but there are alot of people buying 5000+$/month for sure!

But why buy 5,000 feeder traffic??
They had better invested it in something that would have made them money.

Partly true. But $5000 feeder traffic is way to much for any purpose if you ask me.

I bought a lot of traffic from brokers and from website owners directly. Was a bit more expensive but was 300% more efficient.
