                      If no buyers are comming forward ..go look for buyers ?

                      Who do you think your target customer is for this ? Try calling the immigration dept....then homeland security etc...work through all the goverment departments ...see what they have to say ...from thier answers I guarantee you will have more insight and be able to take the next step with what to do with it !
