Okay, newbie 101 here.... NEVER tell the old hosting company you are switching until everything has been transferred over.

I wanted to avoid problems "well you cancelled at the last minute so we are billing you one more month".

Despite the fact they pulled my stuff with 20 PAID days left.

And the problem of, "Fuck him, he's leaving anyway" didn't occur to you?

It's only common courtesty to notify your host in advance. Personally I think it's rackshack at fault here and not Dusen...

I don't tend to assume that a large company like ev1 would resort to something of that nature.

But again, perhaps I am naiive.
