Well its gone from 15 mill to 1.3 million in Alexa so it must be bringing some hits in.....?

im selling the domain name ...blog and the fact its listed in search engines...no hits /income stated as I dont know how to go into my server to check hits data etc.........im simply a domain broker...anything else that the buyer finds they are getting is basically a free/bonus.

There's no BROAD search on celebrity gazette let alone EXACT search, so there's no searches even containing both of those words per Google, or at least not enough to register in their keyword tool. Saying it's #1 for celebrity gazette as if that means anything at all is sort of odd to be honest.

It's a brandable celebrity domain (a decent one I might add) w/ blog getting a bit of traffic...just sell it based on that and leave the rankings out of it unless you actually know what rankings are bringing the traffic.

By the way, getting stats on a WP blog is as simple as installing StatPress plugin on your blog. Takes less than a minute and you can find out where some of the search traffic is coming from, which would help you sell it.

Some domains have huge potential such as this one , so its just a matter of time until a smart entrepreneur comes along and snaps it up! its all about timing.

This is a great investment for the right person....its already hooked up to a massive legal and licenced celebrity picture database...a little design work and some promo and they have a small goldmine on thier hands.

So no rush.....

Zero SEO value. All it has going for it is brandability, and the domain is long as fuck at 16 characters. A "smart" entrepreneur who knows anything about branding, will spend his money in far better ways. What you're looking for is a sucker. Doesn't matter how many times you post this domain fore sale here saying it's a "fantastic investment" you aren't fooling anyone.

You're not doing yourself any favors holding out for $1000. If you get an offer for $300-400 you should take it and move on to setting up the next deal. IMHO of course...

Most of my working time online/offline is spent on promoting brands and so I agree its the brandability that holds the value ...and I value it at what I think its worth and of course you may have a different view.....:)

Also have the added bonus that I can actually do something with it myself to make revenue whilst I wait if I desire/ use time to do it ......so its a win/win for me situation unlike some other domains I hold that simply gather dust until sold.

You're gonna be holding out for a long time. Good thing domain renewals are like $10, you have another 98 years to make a profit.

Had a few offers .....if I hold it 98 yrs thats fine as I mentioned its one of those domains I can actually make a steady little income from with some time/effort ....so the same answer as earlier...No Rush......I have the luxury of not having to sell quickly.....keeping it is fine ......its nice to be in that situation sometimes....:)

The problem with that domain is its Adult.......anything containing adult always has a limited market......and hence holds only about 10th of the value of a mainstream domain that can also be used in adult. (in many/but not all cases) ...but still good luck with a sale.
