Tube video player ads
 

I wanted to share with tube owners that we've been experimenting with ads in the video player and have had great results!

We've chosen to only show the ads when the movies are paused.

Results were quite exciting:

- Instantly created an additional 40% impressions of main Video A spot.
- Ads shown in the player get a 5x better click trough rate then Video A spot.

We are offering an easy javascript solution that is compatible with both JWplayer and FlowPlayer that effortlessly allow you to add that type of ads to your video player. The ads only appear when the movies are paused, not taking away any of your existing advertising and creating additional revenues streams.

3 things

1.) I am not quite sure I understand what you are hawking here ... are you saying that this is a way to buy or sell ads on the vid clips we have on our sites?

2.) Paused .. when is the last time anybody ever paused a 3 minute porn clip?

3.) "From the publisher interface, go through every step to obtain the proper linking code for a new 300x250 zone." - you're fucking kidding? right? This couldn't possibly be the real instrustions.

In-Player Video Ads are not for newbies. LOOOOL!!!!

In-Player Video Ads are good IF the viewer watches the entire video.
You can place the ads at the beginning of the video also, but if your script uses motion thumbnails, it is not a good idea.

Play with your settings and see what works for you...

As for as ANYTHING to help make you money is being a newbie (as mentioned by someone in this thread)... Then talk to Bill Gates. He used Ads in a NEWSPAPER to sell his first windows programs. THAT is being a newbie and if you have the tools to use to make money... USE IT!
