I will throw a post in... Last year was a royal pain in the ass and I am very glad it is done and gone.

You should specify that it needs to be the last EDITED post, so that the board software will timestamp the message, otherwise it will be difficult to tell, because your clock might be 2 minutes faster than mine etc...

Hmm i don't understand, I'm guessing he will be going after the servers clock which is the same for all of us.

Right... but, if you notice... a standard post doesn't have a timestamp on it. Which means, I could post at exactly 11:59:59(seconds), and you post at 12:00:02(seconds), there will be absolutely no way to tell the difference. Even though yours will be after the fact. (Just stating this should be implemented for judgement purposes, and to keep it simple and fair).

Now, we won't be able to tell down to the second, but, the last post edited prior to 12:00 should be declared the winner.
