After the great advice of a fellow GFY member anyone took it up and brought some shares in BP?!

i didn't, but the share price in the UK is up 8% today. and that's with the announcement that twice as much could be leaking as first suspected.

Doesnt surprise me..I saw BBC world news and they said that BP had between $ 6 - $50 billion in cash reserves and will average revenues over the next yr of between 100 - 150 billion $ ....with Credit Suisse estimating the total bill inc compensation will be US$ 25- 40 billion..they commented that shareholders are not sweating and BP was still a good investment....and added that the recent drop in share price was simply a panic move they expected.

Just on principle, BP should be liquidated & put out of business. I understand we live in a world where the ethics of the money we make no longer matters. That a big reason the disaster happened in the first place. :2 cents:
