Medical Marijuana in California, but on federal probation?
 

A friend brought this up and I was wondering if anyone had any input on this. You are a registered MMJ user in California, but you're on federal probation. Can your federal probation officer violate you?

I know the State can't violate you. A friend told me that ;)

can you get busted for taking opiates prescribed by a doctor? same sort of question and I think as long as you've got the proper documents you're fine. Just don't surprise the PO with it AFTER a piss test

Yes he can violate you, 100%. Dont fuck with federal probation, state law means nothing.
