Baraka looks a little weird, but thumbs up for Jeri Ryan as Sonya. Plus, there is no possible way this movie could be worse than Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li.

Baraka looked kinda lame and I thought Scorpion was the guy from "Count of Monte Cristo" before he stepped out of the shadow. I would see it though. I still think the first one was good.

Mortal Kombat is PERFECT for a new dark n' gritty version of it. I always hated how the movies were techno-ized, which basically cheapened them. So...hopefully this IS a movie because it looks like it'd be damn good. Special effects have certainly come a long way since the last movies.

I hope it's the movie, fuck ya.

I was always a fan of the Mortal Kombat series. Movie and games (games up to MK 3, after that it was all junk). I remember when MK1 first came out, politicians and parents tried to get the game banned for being too violent. Well, society has changed, now it's time for Mortal Kombat to get back to it's roots and push the envelope and make something pure violence and bring those greedy self serving politicians to the edge of the seats.

I hope it's a movie and I hope it's really M rated. We need to see some FATALITY!!

In case you are wondering, yes I despise politicians more than anyone in the world, yes even terrorists. Politicians like to stick their noses in businesses that doesn't concern them. They tried to censor porn, censor violence in games, censor this, censor that.

If I had my way, I would round up all of the politicians, stick them on a remote island and detonate a nuclear bomb on it. Ok enough rant. What were we talking about now? Oh yes, Mortal Kombat :)
