Amp I can sell my existing iphone and it will pay for the new one easily so it will be a wash in terms of out of pocket.....only catch is the 2 year contract "restarts"

I'm not sure it will be as easy as it was on previous phones. AT&T offering upgrade to anyone whos contract ends in 2010

I'll wait for an iPad with a front-facing camera instead. Android's got more than enough power for me.

I'm pretty sure sometime during the 90's I said wow one day we'll have phones where we can see each other.. this being my first videophone, the future is now.

really looking forward to this phone.. although with 3G discontinued now, craigslisting my phone wont fetch as much.

HD vid, higher res screen with the new FaceTime app for face to face chat.. its pretty damn ill.

I'll get one to put next to the toilet instead of a magazine rack.

I only just got my first iphone about 4 months ago, and it was my first apple product.... but I love it, and I think I will get the new one pretty soon. See how it goes after it's out for a couple of months.

I'm NOT an apple fanboy in the slightest, I prefer Windows for just about everything (Linux for servers)...

However, the iPhone 4 is bad ass... and IMO the best mobile phone on the market (or will be anyway). I will definitely be picking one up.

Really interested in this phone, but will wait until I have some real feedback on its use and value for money.

When I read the title ... and before I read your post, my response was going to be:

The Evo does everything the "new" iphone is supposed to do and more from what I have read. I love all the free droid apps and the 8 megapixel camera not to mention the 4G capability.

Can't upgrade until August then getting it for sure.

Overpriced as someone said, but... Yes, I want it! This model is SEXY!! Really! I love my old HTC with tweaked ROM's... And I have never REALLY wanted an iPhone. But this one... Sexy! It will go fine with my new iMac and Macbook Pro :D

You have to remember those prices listed are with a 2year contract. Without a contract Iphones are pretty expensive.

I am definitely getting it when it gets released in July here. Going with the 32G version. Not that I have to impress the ladies but did you know that Iphones is practically a whore magnet. They practically trip over themselves when they see you have an iphone. Oh yeah it helps too when I'm driving a porsche too :1orglaugh
