This shit is becoming way to common I hear this shit on facebook all the time by people I know that have had like 3 kids by 20 with 2 divorces and no job. Fucking ghetto ass uneducated people think they are some hip-hop rap star or something.

I don't know about the whole "blessed" part... to me "blessed" implies some sort of God doing the blessing, but that's another topic.

But you really should take a moment and try to see what a completely negative post this is. It has no redeeming qualities other than to complain about a third party's happiness, depress the atmosphere of the board, belittle your friends, and generally spread unnecessary misery to everyone that reads it.

That's what I'm say'n...What makes them so Blessed. They say it themselves, I know hundreds of people that their lives are so much better but they don't go around praising how much better their life is compared to others.

I think that it's is more negative for them to post shit like that because it makes others that are not so blessed think their life has not amount to shit.

The real question is....Are these people depressed, recovering alcoholics, addicts, or really blessed.

Maybe they are saying it so it becomes true? There's a whole body of literature regarding "claiming" things/situations you want and "speaking" these things to life. In many cultures and at differing stages of history, words and the act of speaking have been deemed to have a power above and beyond the constraints of present reality.

Money makes the world go round but i've been most happy at my poorest with zero responsibilities.

well people like that like to say they are blessed because..

1) religious type people are simple folk
2)so when they fuck up they can blame it on god/satan'
3)on the flip side of that you have to believe that when good happens, its because of god otherwise the other would make no sense.

I'm fortunate, not "blessed." The only people I know who use the term "blessed" in normal conversation are very simple-minded.
