Pics of a tornado's devastation

My hometown of Dwight, IL was hit by a tornado last night. The devastation was unbelievable never seen anything like that physically, seen pictures before but that doesn't do justice. Just unbelievable. My dad lives a 1/2 block from the trailer park that was hit. Thank god he's ok. Only thing that happened to his place was a big evergreen was up rooted and blocked the road and it moved his camper over 6 inches. He got lucky.

Here's some pics of the devastation.

I'm glad your family is OK. Amazing pics. You should embed them in your post because most people are too lazy to click...

You should see the damage here. Tornado nailed, Moline/Lake/Millbury killed 5. Plus took out some houses less than 1/4 mile from me. The 17 yr olds friend got fucked up. They had to staple his side up and both his retinas were dettached when his family's house fell on them

In 2001 I was working in a factory in Warsaw Indiana and it got hit by a tornado while I was working. Scarry stuff I tell you. Sitting in a break room and you ears pressurize. I spent the next 7 to 10 days cleaning up the mess cause I was a fork lift driver back then (quit in 02 to do this full-time after a year part time).

Here is a picture I found on the web of my factory after it was hit. I was less than 100 yards from this area.

Crazy shit, arent you guys fighting some crazy fires up that way too? Or is that somewhere else in Canada? I could smell the smoke here in the states.
