Bandwidth is cheap and getting cheaper, while only one lawsuit has actually gone to courts, but it's not clear if they have gotten paid.

Tubes, torrents, file sharing... none of it did as much damage as each of you have done by making shitty sites, ripping people off, banging cards, not giving your members what you promise on your tour, never updating, having piss poor customer service, not being unique, and just being assholes. I agree I remember back in the big TGP days if people give too much away people would be pissed. The biggest ones where smart about it. But always the Hun I thought gave a little too much so I think tubes where the next way to compete. There really needs to be a back track and cap on this.

Anyone who thinks Tubes will run out of content has little knowledge of the porn industry. There are 10s of thousands of DVD titles produced every year, and been like that for a long time, so they have lots of content to fall back on.
