Firefox images fucked?

Not sure what the hell is going on here.

I uninstalled some Adobe firefox plugin after trying to fix it but that just made it worse.

Here's a screen shot of the same image opened in both Firefox and IE. As you will see, Firefox completely fucks up the image. It's not every image either, only some.

Any clue on how to fix this non-sense?

Every major update they do now seems to produce problems that need about:config fiddling with :(

Yeah, no kidding. Plus memory management seems to be more of a hassle with FF lately.
