Your are really a little slow aren't you? Even if you were able to skirt around the trademarked name, which is doubtful, what good is the name without her pics. Trademarks and copyrights are two different things. The pics are copyrighted, although in your dreamlike state you may think that's not a big deal either. Good luck, hope you have nothing to lose, 'cuz you'll end up losing whatever you own.
