Her neck was broken Sunday, five years to the day after Holloway disappeared, and her body found by a maid Tuesday in a Lima hotel room registered to van der Sloot. Police believe he met the University of Lima business student for the first time the previous night at a nearby casino

These charges are an attempt to try and get him extradited to the US (not going to happen) charges in Peru are for murder.

I feel bad for that Peruvian girl, not having seen the news and knowing who the guy was. She was about 16 when all the Natalie stuff happened, so I doubt she even had heard of the guy.

Well, there was cameras showing him walking into the hotel with the girl and there was a camera right out in front of his hotel room. You see them both enter the hotel and his hotel room, but only he leaves in the morning.

He told the staff as he left to "not to disturb my girl", then
they found the girl dead in the room.

With that video evidence he is pretty much fucked!

some rich dutch kid who was supected of killing a u.s. tourist in aruba. Now he has confessed to an almost identical muder in peru. ( picked up a girl from a casino she ended up dead or missing in both cases )
