PSW is offering a 12% rate for new clients
 

Just saw it on the front page - if you sign up within the next few days, you get a 12.0% rate (instead of the standard 13.5%) locked in.

Mmmm... I've been a PSW client for about half a year now, shouldn't I be getting a better rate in preference to a new client? :)

(PSW is a third party biller for those who don't know)

Hrm. I've been using them for the last 4 months. Kinda makes me want to drop them, then quickly re-join or something. :(

How do you two like them compared to other processors?

And yes, you should get that adjusted rate if you notice it as an existing client. If they don't give you the rate I'd threaten to drop them.

Overall, I like them. Checks have been on time every week. Their stats are pretty good. And they are always very friendly and helpful when I call. I'll have to try calling them tommorrow about this and see if they continue to uphold that record...

I agree with LunaC, great processor although their web interface still needs some extra work. The basic stats are good, but you can't view things like past payments, or change payment methods, addresses etc.

They also process visa for non-USA webmasters (no $750 fee)

I used to have problems signing up with any site using PSW from Europe. The signup always came up with incuficient funds with 4 major credit cards. I tried dialing into my US provider and it worked. So there is either an IP rejection or timeout problems from overseas. This will cost you a lot of customers if it is still happening.

Just heard back from PSW, the 12% special rate is for new customers only. Us poor established webbies miss out.

Do they allow the use of laying scripts down on top of them to run your money program with?
