honestly? it looks like 1999 its that yellow impact with a 2pxl black stroke and drop shadow..

and the font used on we convert don't you think its been used everywhere, and again the drop shadow

banner looks good, its eye catchy enough. your avatar graphic looks like it was reduced funkily tho, like the "We Covert" text is not sharp.

I have to agree with v4 media. It looks like something from a 99-03 banner contest.

avatar: 'we convert' is very jagged

banner: don't really like the way 'a fresh unsaturated brand' touches the top and bottom

it's quite clean and modern. also note it has no impact with a 2pxl black stroke and a drop shadow.

that text just does not go.. I know they want it to stand out but it could have been achieved in keeping with the site. Sorry when I see impact with a 2pxl black stroke and a drop shadow, I think outsourced. *note not all outsourced is bad but you get what I mean*

Even a 1px gray stroke with an outer glow on futura would be an improvement, or even maybe a rockwell to modernize it a bit.
