Last night two assholes tortured and murdered a bunch of Koi fish in Stockton.
 

There is a pond that has Koi fish in it at the local community college. The fish are highly acclimated to people and will come right up to you and eat out of your hand or let you touch them. Last night two assholes killed about 20 of the fish. They are worth around 1,000 dollars a piece. The stupid little bastards probably never even thought that they could probably sell them. They just pulled them out of the water and bashed them with a pipe and stabbed them.

That's seriously fucked up man. I had a koi pond with about 14 koi in it. They take forever to get to $1000 size. Many years. A koi fish can live to 100 years old.

When you find yourself stabbing fish it's time to sit down and contemplate where you are in life.

I read that shit too. I live like 2 miles from Delta College...Some kids killed some Koi at the Delta College Koi Pond. That pond has been there for as long as I can remember. Them fish ain't cheap.

Just got back, They threw up some fences but I got some good pics. There is one that is still fighting for his life, it's got a big gash on it's back. It's crazy because the other koi swim up and check to see if it is alright.

Man I haven't seen these fish in a long time, there are a few that are like 22 inches long.

STOCKTON, Calif. — Two 17-year-olds are under arrest on suspicion of attacking a dozen koi that were swimming in ponds in the center of a Stockton community college campus.

Police say the boys used pipes and a knife to beat and stab the Japanese fish, which are worth about $1,000 each. Eleven have died.

Authorities say the teens also pulled the koi out of the water and threw them in nearby bushes. The attack at San Joaquin Delta College was caught on security surveillance video.

Sgt. Geff Greenwood said authorities would seek animal cruelty and felony vandalism charges.

The names of the boys are not being released because they are minors. It was not immediately known if they had attorneys.

I think they should be locked up. Animal abuse is a sign of a very disturbed mind. To do something like that you have to lack empathy and have severe sadistic tendancies. Serial killers of tomorrow.

In reality they'll get probation and maybe a "don't do it again" slap on the wrist. Would love to see the parents of these young upstanding citizens have to pay the $1000's the fish were worth but I seriously doubt that will happen either.

What assholes. My wife and I keep koi in a backyard pond. We buy them when they are 3 inches long and we've seen them grow HUGE. They are fun and feeding them relieves stress. I am really saddened by this senseless act of animal abuse. Fuck those guys!
